Terms of Service
General:
-By ordering a commission from me, you are agreeing to my terms and service.
-All digital artworks will be sent via email once complete. (Can send via Discord or Telegram as well)
-I only take Paypal via Invoices.
-All of my listed prices are in USD.
Commissioning INFO
-I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
-Pricing may also fluctuate depending on the amount and clarity of reference given. (ex. price may increase by 30$+ if no ref is given)
-By providing a ref sheet, you declare that you have full ownership of the character (or permission) to commission.
-PLEASE provide from 1 week to 3 months depending on the amount and complexity of the order. I do not work on deadlines unless specified.
-The rush fee I offer is 50% of the price, which puts your commission at the top of the queue
-RUSH FEE IS REQUIRED for ANY comm larger than an icon/headshot with a deadline of a week or less!
-All changes must be clarified during the sketch phase. Once the lineart is finalized, I will NOT provide drastic changes to the piece.
Payment and Refund Policy
-I ONLY use Paypal Invoices. All payment must be upfront before you are officially in the queue.
-I will only issue refunds BEFORE I have started on the piece. If I have started on the piece, you will get a partial refund
-Contact me about rights to the artwork, this includes having the artwork on stickers, merch, and other things.
-I have the rights to post commissioned artwork unless stated otherwise by the client. (Such as if it is a surprise gift)
-Artwork I have done that features a character intended to be sold or is being sold in the future is okay as long as credit to me is still within the artwork.

- EXTRA CHARACTER IS 50% of the original price!
- When commissioning art of a character I previously owned or designed (such as a custom or an adopt), you get a 20% discount! (This discount does NOT apply to PTK characters.)
-Backgrounds can be added and can range from an extra 30$ to extra 100$+ depending on the complexity
- Adding more complexity in terms of posing, composition, etc will increase the price!

- Full Illustrations can HEAVILY range starting from 250$ (For one character) going all the way up to 500$+- These also default to a 'desktop' style canvas!- This type of commission heavily depends on the nature of the piece itself and how complex the poses and background may be... so please feel free to ask me for a price quote of your idea!

Would you do comic commissions? - I will not.
Can I post the commission I get from you? - YES!! Of course! As long as it is credited towards me!
Can you take payment after the sketch? - Only on very specific occasions and with mutuals. Otherwise, no.
Can you do payment plans? - I do not do payment plans! I only do upfront payments for commissions.
What is the difference between the Headshot Icon and the Experimental Icon Style? - My normal icon style is done in my usual drawing program! My Experimental Style is drawn in Procreate, where I use a completely different shading technique. The Experimental Style is also kept to a similar vibe! With the paint splatter and halftones.
I bought a ref and later wanted a small design change, what would that cost? - Usually small ref changes can be anywhere from 10$-15$! And can be requested regardless of my commission status. (Note the wait time to get to these may vary.) Larger changes will be anywhere between 30$-50$!
I really like this past piece you did, can I get something like it? - The short answer is NO! Especially if it is based off another comm. The MOST I can do is similar vibes but the piece will have to be different.
Can I make a bulk purchase? - Yes! But I tend to limit it to 3 MAX and it can heavily depend on what exactly you'd like. 2 icons and a halfbody is doable, but 3 ref sheets would be too much. Always note that it will also add a good bit of an extra wait as well!
